A true passion

No matter what management theory says I believe what makes a company successful is passion. Passion which you can see everywhere. Unfortunately, it seems to me that such a passion is natural only with small organizations. How do you know a company is passionate about its "topic"? Actually – just by feeling it (ok, that doesn't sound like a well prepared theory but it makes sense, at least for now).
I had exactly such a feeling when browsing the site of Stanceworks. Great pictures, great stories and - a great product. Even though I am not a big fan of lowriders I simple love the pics – sorry, the cars.
